When will my order ship?
We ship out orders every 1-2 weeks.

Do you pay import taxes on international orders?
No, unfortunately we do not have the resources to know what your country import taxes are and pay them for you. Import taxes are not included in your order and may have to be paid at customs depending on your country.

I am a physical reward Patron, can I hold my order to ship then?
You may, but we no longer refund shipping costs for held orders. The Patreon exclusive discount code replaces that. If you want your order held for other reasons (ie: on vacation, issues with local post/import taxes) please leave a note in the form at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you.

My order is marked as "waiting for carrier pickup" what does that mean?
It means we have packed your order and printed a shipping label for it, but USPS has not picked up the package yet. Please wait a day or two and the tracking number will have updated.
